Creative Arts Director

Shelby’s role consists of creating content (video, picture, design, and everything under the sun) to encourage others to be a part of our life-giving community. She is also leader of the production crew on the Worship Ministries team.

Selma provides leadership to the staff of the Steinbach Christian Preschool, as well as ensuring the development of their students’ faith and education.

Financial Manager

Brenda’s main responsibility is to provide day-to-day oversight of the church finances. She ensures that the finances are cared for properly and with great attention to detail.

Doug Doerksen

Technology Manager

Doug ensures that all of our technology is operating to its best capacity, making it possible for the Sunday services and various ministries of Emmanuel to have what they need. 

Matilda Field

Facilities Coordinator

Matilda takes exceptional care of our facility through regular cleaning and maintenance, renovation and construction projects, and general beautification. This ensures the building is in prime condition to host our church services and various ministry events.

Welcome Team Coordinator / Women’s Ministry Associate

Sandi is the smiling face to welcome you in and answer any questions you may have. She coordinates the welcome teams to make sure everyone feels at home. Stop by the Welcome Centre on a Sunday to say hi!

Administrative Assistant

As the receptionist, Judy is often the first point-of-contact for many people as she helps them get connected with the right people or support. She also provides administrative support to the ministry leaders of Emmanuel and assists with day-to-day operations of the church.

Bailey Plett

Communications Associate

Bailey works alongside of our staff team to make sure our church community knows what is happening in the life of the church. Her creativity and joy shine through all she creates and communicates.

Facilities Team

Jasmine diligently maintains our facilities, ensuring that the church is clean and welcoming for all who enter its doors. 

Ethan Friesen

Worship Ministries Associate

Ethan is a vital part of Sunday services through his work and leadership in the Production Team. This includes everything from programming lights and media to creating a variety of video and picture content.
